Aye-Aye Basic Facts

Hello everyone! It's me, Anthony, back with another post, Aye-Aye Basic Facts. Hope you enjoy so let's get on with it!
An Aye-Aye is "creepy" animal that is basically a lemur. It has white and black shaggy hair with big, bright, yellow eyes. It's scientific name is Daubentonia Madagascariensis. This animal is a mammal, like lemurs are. They weigh 2-3 kg (4.4-6.6 lb) and are 360-440 mm (14-17 in) long. Aye-Aye's eat seeds, fruit, nectar, and fungi, so they're omnivores. They have a lifespan of 20-23 years. One more thing I should say about Aye-Aye's is that they are losing their habitat because of other developments being built. Go check out this link about a recovery plan for the Aye-Aye's!
