Arctic Fox Recap
An Arctic Fox is a white mammal that is nicknamed the White Fox, the Polar Fox, and the Snow Fox. Their scientific name is Vulpes Lagopus. They live in Alaska, Canada, Greenland, Russia, Norway, and Scandinavia. Arctic Foxes weigh about 1.4- 9.4 kg (3- 20 lb) and are about 71- 110 cm (27.9- 43.3 in) in length. They eat rodents, hares, birds, eggs, and fish, which makes them Carnivores. They can live up to 3- 4 years in the wild and 14 years in captivity.
