Arctic Fox Recap


An Arctic Fox is a white mammal that is nicknamed the White Fox, the Polar Fox, and the Snow Fox. Their scientific name is Vulpes Lagopus. They live in Alaska, Canada, Greenland, Russia, Norway, and Scandinavia. Arctic Foxes weigh about 1.4- 9.4 kg (3- 20 lb) and are about 71- 110 cm (27.9- 43.3 in) in length. They eat rodents, hares, birds, eggs, and fish, which makes them Carnivores. They can live up to 3- 4 years in the wild and 14 years in captivity.

Arctic Fox Basic Facts



An Arctic Fox is a furry white mammal that lives in the Arctic Circle. Places in the Arctic Circle where you may find are Alaska, Canada, Greenland, Russia, Norway, and Scandinavia. Their scientific name is Vulpes Lagopus. They weigh about 1.4- 9.4 kg (3- 20 lb) and are between 71- 110 cm (27.9- 43.3 in ) in length. Arctic Foxes eat rodents, hares, birds, eggs, and fish which makes them Carnivores. Their nicknames are the White Fox, Polar Fox, and Snow Fox. Their lifespan in the wild in in between 3- 4 years and in captivity is around 14 years.

Archerfish Recap

An Archerfish is a fish that lives in Tropical Asia and North Australia. Their nickname is the Spinnerfish.  They weigh 750 g (26 oz) and are 25 cm (9 in) long. Archerfish eat insects, spiders, small fish, and crustaceans, so they are Carnivores. They have silver scales and a 10 year lifespan.
