The population of the American Black Bear in New Brunswick, Northwest Territories, Nova Scotia, and Saskatchewan. The American Black Bear lives about 400- 3000 m (1300- 9800 ft) above ground. They weigh about 41- 250 (90- 551 lb) and is about 120- 200 cm (47- 79 in) long. They eat grasses, roots, berries, insects, and fish and have black fur.
